Our client has tripled in size and have established an enviable track record in new build and refurbishment projects across residential and commercial sectors, with a turnover of £50million.
The ideal candidate will have solid background working with a main contractor, have fiduciary duties and be at board level – Article Reports / Stat Board.
As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring the overall financial health and stability of the organisation. You will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance, implement financial strategies, and optimize financial processes to support the company's objectives and growth initiatives.
Core attributes:
Proven experience in a senior financial management role, preferably as a Finance Director or CFO.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Extensive knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis.
Annual salary will be offered up to £140k (DOE) plus, a healthy bonus scheme which equates to £20k - £30k on top of the basic
