Their logistical service focuses on planning and providing practical solutions for all aspects of a construction project.. Their team has extensive experience and knowledge in practical logistics management techniques, enabling us to provide the best possible solutions and management systems for each project.
This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Quantity Surveyor located in London. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
Required Experience
Strong knowledge and experience in cost control, cost management, and cost planning
Ability to prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Proficiency in cost reporting and analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity surveying
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
No previous Logistics experience required as long as there are transferable skills.
