As an Executive Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and attracting high-calibre professionals for senior-level and executive positions within the white-collar construction sector. You will work closely with the Managing Director and recruitment consultants to provide in-depth market analysis, source candidates, and build long-term relationships with potential leaders in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Mapping & Sourcing:
Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates for leadership positions (C-suite, Director, and Senior Management) within the construction sector.
Utilise various tools such as LinkedIn, industry databases, and market intelligence platforms to build and maintain a talent pipeline of highly skilled professionals.
Map key organisations within the construction industry, including contractors, developers, engineering consultancies, and project management firms.
Market & Competitor Research:
Provide detailed market analysis and reports on industry trends, talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
Gather intelligence on organisational structures, key players, and emerging talent trends within the white-collar construction market.
Candidate Engagement & Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals, positioning yourself as a trusted expert in the construction talent market.
Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates, promoting executive opportunities and assessing their suitability for current or future roles.
Support to Recruitment Consultants:
Work closely with executive search consultants to understand client requirements and provide tailored candidate shortlists for specific roles.
Assist in the preparation of candidate profiles, CVs, and other supporting documents for submission to clients.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and research activities within the company's CRM system.
Continuously update and improve the candidate database to reflect current market dynamics.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience in a research, resourcing, or executive search role, ideally within the construction, or a different recruitment field.
Knowledge of white-collar roles in construction, such as project managers, commercial directors, engineers, architects, or other senior positions, is highly desirable.
Strong research capabilities with the ability to gather, analyse, and present data from multiple sources.
Experience using LinkedIn, Bullhorn, and market intelligence tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives and industry professionals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings to consultants and senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with recruitment and CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce).
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
