I wanted to explain why we use world war 2 imagery in our communications including our website and social media.

They contain iconic and powerful images, but you will notice that there are no guns, or tanks or shooting or violence or any kind.

The imagery we've used captures the positive energy that came out of the conflict capturing the struggle, often against all odds, with limited resources, in challenging environments. And then the euphoria of success!

And that success was only achieved when diverse cultures strived together to achieve a common goal. PEACE and PROSPERITY.

That is why we have chosen to use these powerful and positive images proudly as our narrative.

From our first year of trading we committed a % of our profit to a braod range of UK charities and over the past 10 years we are proud to have contributed over £350k to worthy causes. However, over that time the transformative value of that CSR called into question the instruments through which we gave and how we genuinely contributed.

As a result, CSR has developed into real Social Value.  Instead of purely giving, we now prefer to partner charities and worthwhile causes in leveraging our skills and network in conjunction with financial contribution to achieve real value for our stakeholders.
