We are currently recruiting for a leading UK principal contractor, a prominent player in the design and build market known for its consistent success in delivering projects to the highest standards.
Pre-Covid, the company made a strategic commitment to launch a new Traditional arm of the business, specifically targeting London consultants. Established three years ago, this division has demonstrated impressive growth, achieving over £30 million in revenue by the end of its third year, with a net margin exceeding 5%. Notable clients in this portfolio include Schroders and Savills.
The Traditional arm of the business is actively seeking a dynamic leader to oversee Cat A and Cat B projects. The scope of work involves serving clients across various sectors, including property funds, major corporates, public and private clients, landlords, and leaders in the life science industry.
They are seeking an experienced Operations leader capable of overseeing 3-4 Contracts Managers in the successful delivery of CAT A and CAT B commercial refurbishment projects.
The ideal candidate should:
Have a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple workplace projects ranging from £1 to £12 million within London.
Demonstrate the ability to confidently and proactively lead a site team.
3Align themselves with the core values of the business, including integrity, proactivity, ingenuity, and, of course, exceptional standards.
4Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with a determined and passionate attitude.
