Trading for over 15 years now they started as a subbie and by 2020 had £3 million in the bank over and above the working capital that enabled them to grow to £25 million last year as principle contractor. Key repeat clients include major city landlords and clients in the media and performing arts industries. Typical projects are sub £2 million. Bullet proof balance sheet and a forward thinking approach to bonus' and value return they are one of the industries disruptors.
So plenty of USPs and a super if under the radar brand.
In terms of bidding their estimating team and document production is exceptional.
They seek a board level Sales Leader who enjoys the strategic piece as well as still personally networking.
You may come from a D&B or a Consultant driven Contractor
We seek a workspace specialist with deep relationships with either Agents and PMs or Architects, IDs and PQSs.
You should be good to add £10 million of turnover a year delivering in excess of 5% net. At a 1-3 conversion rate that means pulling £30-40 million of enquiries through the door.
