We are currently hiring on behalf of a main contractor who specialise in high end fit out. An industry leading company in the luxury hotel sector having delivered many successful projects and it won’t be stopping anytime soon with them just picking up 3 new projects in the heart of the West End!

Project scope

• JCT Traditional – Numerous CDP’s

• £30-40m

• Completion Q1 2025

• Structural alterations

• Roof extension

• New plant and MEPH throughout

• New metal staircase

• Bespoke architectural fit out

• Joinery and Bars

Project specific requirements:

• A wide range of project/ package experience including facades, external works and

• internal fit out.

• Capable of managing numerous CDP packages in line with programme.

With a strong understanding of the design management function within a main contractor organisation you will be able to lead the design process from cradle to grave. You will have a technical design background and be a problem solving decision maker.

You will be an excellent communicator across all levels and be able to negotiate with both clients and supply chain teams.

Role Requirements:

• With an excellent eye for detail, you will be passionate about quality and good design whilst

• understanding contractual obligations.

• You will play an active role in managing sub-contractors, sub-consultants and the client team to ensure responsibilities are met without exposing the business to unnecessary health and safety or delay risk.

• Being a proactive multitasker, you will be capable of prioritising activities both for yourself and others, working to tight deadlines and doing what is necessary to ensure the success of your project.
