Waltham Abbey
A well rounded, commercially astute Divisional Manager to run one of the divisions in the group. In this role you will be managing the operational team and work closely with finance and commercial teams to drive gross profit margins and ensure projects are delivered in time, on budget whilst managing the clients’ relationship.
Experience Required:
Strong understanding of Social Housing with desirable experience in the sector, but not mandatory.
Commercially astute, either a Qualified QS or similar qualification/ studies.
Demonstrable experience of construction projects and site mobilisation .
Dealing with employees and labour management.
Managing a division of £15 million per annum turnover.
Manage a portfolio of works with multiple clients (majority part of the G15).
Strong IT skills and advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
Demonstrated experience with a main contractor in the NHS, hotels, Ministry Of Defence or social housing refurbishment sector.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and comfortable with change of priorities.
Be driven, self-starter and be a driver of growth for the division.

There are four sites you could be based at Waltham Abbey, Hemel Hempstead, SW18 or Bracknell. Dependant on your location, this can be further discussed at interview.
