Our client is a leading global commercial fit out contractor who have established a strong presence in Central London over the past 25 years. They have now built up an excellent reputation of being in the top tier of fit out contractors with a turnover of circa £120m. Around 70% of their portfolio originates from existing clients who include global corporations, financial, educational and law institutions, workplace data centres, retailers and hoteliers.


Today, the business has the capacity, resource and structure to successfully deliver projects from £500,000 - £100m and have completed some of the most prestigious and challenging fit out and cut and carve projects in central London.

They seek:

An experienced Senior Project Manager to either lead the delivery of a complex £7m refurbishment project or deputise (no.2) on a £60m+ heavy refurbishment project.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Demonstrate a strong and successful background in delivering refurbishment projects.
  • Effectively lead the delivery of a min. £10m refurbishment project

The ideal candidate could also have:

  • Experience in high-end commercial finishes
  • Preconstruction experience/involvement
  • CAT A and CAT B fit-out experience
