- The Bersey Warehouse, 293-295 Old Street, £8.8m, 101 weeks - Appointed to refurbish the previous textile factory to a Cat B office fit out. The works included the extension of an existing basement and the addition of two new upper floors, creating a set of office spaces within the existing building
61 Southwark Street, London, £19.2m, 75 weeks - Works included an extension to the Southwark Street and Great Guilford Street elevations forming a new street level reception and a two-storey extension to Keppel Row to form additional office space. Internally, the Cat A refurbishment of 98,000 ft² over 9 floors, and externally, created terraces to 3 levels, a complete re-cladding of the upper floors of the building’s tired exterior with curtain wall, and both stone and brick slips GRC’s.
24-25 Grosvenor Street, W1K 4QN, £5m, 36 weeks - Complete refurbishment of this 1980’s building in the heart of Mayfair. The project involved the relocation of the existing plant room, the creation of a new shop front on Brooks Mews, the installation of a new steel structure to form additional office space and a Cat A fit out throughout. All windows were also repaired with new ironmongery and the front façade was made good with all existing leadwork removed and replaced. The reception benefited from ceramic flooring, a bespoke reception desk, wall panelling and feature lighting within the MF ceiling.
They seek an experienced Senior PM or PD with 2 stage D&B refurbishment and new build experience in Central London or alternate metropolis. The ideal candidate must be experienced in overcoming challenging logistics, worked on period refurbishments and remodels. A strong candidate will also come from a building/trades background. Moreover, they require a candidate who is comfortable programming using Asta or MS Projects and has pre-construction experience, leading a site based team and has worked with main contractors in the past.
