The role will play a big part in turning visions into reality-ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget and that quality is intrinsic at every stage.
The candidate will be responsible for the daily management of a £40 million Commercial Fit Out Project, focusing on delivering a quality service and project.
- Significant Management experience in the construction industry working on commercial fit out projects of £10 million +
- Previous experience of successfully carrying out a similar role to a high quality.
- General knowledge of contracts (minimum)
- General knowledge of IT (MS Office, PowerPoint or Asta programming) (Minimum)
- Experience in running and recording effective meetings with a range of key stakeholders, internal and external.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
