THEY SEEK

Due to an increase in workload, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have worked on a £10m+ refurbishment project
  • Be capable of effectively leading a site team
  • Be able to communicate effectively with clients, consultants and subcontractors
  • Have a proven track record of successfully delivering refurbishment projects

The ideal candidates will have at least some of the following experience:

  • Project lead on a scheme valued at £10m+
  • Confidently and effectively communicate with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
  • Contribute to the preconstruction phase
  • Complex cut and carve refurbishments
  • 2 stage D&B projects
  • High end finishes
  • Grade listed buildings

However, if you are a seasoned Project Manager for a developer or builder this could offer an interesting alternative.

IN RETURN THEY OFFER

In return they offer sound financial foundations (they own their own buildings and are cash rich), a strong portfolio and exceptional reputation in the market which makes your job easier with preferential service from key suppliers and sub-contractors.
