Responsibilities:

  • Communication: The project directors’ role is to keep communication consistent and flowing through every stage of the project

  • Process: Sticking to the process but not letting this be the straight jacket for thinking outside the box
  • Solution finding:  provide solutions, creative thinking, going the extra mile, always finding a way forward
  • Design: Design is in their DNA, working with the design team, pushing the design forward and driving the improvements are key to what we do
  • Story telling: Our client make their design come to life through stories, they pitch as hard as they can and they expect the same
  • Victory: Their PD’s must have a desire to win
  • Integrity: Win, but with integrity always intact
  • Documents and Detail: Devil is in the detail, usually of the document. Leading the pitch documents and the collation across different departments is a skill itself
  • Motivate: You will need to be a motivator; can you bring out the best of those around you?
