Our client is a privately owner managed contractor based in London with a turnover in excess of £60m for 2019. They have built bespoke projects for major global conglomerates, financial institutions and big tech brands. Boasting a mixture of single stage and 2 stage traditionally predesigned and D&B work with project values typically between £2 and £10 million, but are more than comfortable delivering larger projects.
Nonetheless in terms of evolving a long-term robust structure and succession plan they are one exceptional individual short and are looking to bring on an aspiring to existing Project Director type to grow within the business as their new star for the future.
This role would be suitable for an existing Senior PM / Team Leader with experience in delivering exceptional buildings for Landlords and End Users.
In terms of sector experience, our client is seeking a candidate with fitout, refurbishment or new build experience. You could be a surveyor, builder or an engineer?
TEAM LEADER DUTIES
- Client liaison, winning and delivering work whilst also developing business relationships
- Team Resource Allocation including recruitment and retention
- Managing up to 2-3 projects including the site team to ensure outstanding project delivery
- Maximising the overall strength of the business by developing project teams and building associations to strengthen market position
