Our client is a large multi-national main contractor construction company based in the city of London. They are looking for a personal assistant to work directly with the finance director and the commercial director.
-Amend, send out contract commentaries to various clients and subcontractors.
-Arrange contract review meetings with various clients, subcontractors and relevant internal staff for tender processes.
-Arrange staff allocation meetings and keep everyone up to data via email or phone with regards to allocation.
-Keep up to track meeting minutes for various senior meetings both internally and with clients and subcontractors.
-Organize the archiving of senior staff documentation and setup the procedures for handling data in this aspect.
-Book flights and other travel arrangements for senior members of staff.
-Experience as a personal assistant or administration work in a very similar field.
-Very organized, responsible and keep on track of events, dates and documentation around you.
-Clear and concise communication skills.
-Experience in the construction industry is very preferable.
