Candidate Profile: Mechanical Project Manager
The role of Project Manager is to plan, implement and deliver projects according to programme, budget and quality in line with systems and process that are in place. Taking responsibility for the delivery of their own jobs and overseeing the delivery of jobs where more junior Project Managers are heading up. To develop others within the business to progress and reach their potential.
The Mechanical Project Manager is expected to maintain the company’s standard of work in all duties, ensuring projects are delivered in line with guidelines. Support the business in maintaining its Client relationships.
- You will have a proven track record as a Project Manager in the mechanical industry.
- Must have worked in the commercial office fitout sector.
- Proven experience in working with a Design Manager at design stage, technical submissions, value engineering and construction issue programming.
- You will have an HNC or equivalent.

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be expected to be able to run one larger project of circa £3m - £5m or several smaller projects circa £500k - ££2.5m. In total you will be expected to run between £3m - £6m per year.
