Their client has signed a long-term lease and negotiated £6million of tenant requirements - including infrastructure upgrades and some structural alterations. Then there’s a £6million CAT B off the back of it.

Upgrades to the existing building include;

  • Structural changes
  • Glazing Packages

The three main stages to the project will be:

  • Services upgrade for M&E aspects of the project
  • Full CAT B fit out for new tenant

The Role

They are looking for a lead Project Manager to be based on this exciting building originally designed by award winning Architect Sir Norman Foster, whose work includes The Gherkin and The Tulip.

This will be one of their flagship projects at a total value of £12m and you will be fully responsible for all operational aspects of the project with an operational team reporting to you.
