Our client is looking for someone with a solid operational background, capable of both winning and delivering on hotel and leisure projects across London and the South East. You will need to have the talent and drive to run a business within a business, playing an oversight role for all hotel and leisure projects as well as being directly involved in projects for their key clients.
They are a specialist interior fit-out and refurbishment contractor in the Commercial Offices, Hotels, Leisure, Retail and Luxury Residential sectors, priding themselves on their ability to provide a truly unique, personalised service with dedicated Director / Owner involvement, fostering their belief in a ‘Client for Life’ philosophy.
They have a growing reputation for profitable projects and a strong track record for delivery that has seen their turnover grow exponentially since their creation, going from zero to £60 million in under 10 years. Their order book in this business area is healthy and growing. They are in the process of tendering for a £14 million refurbishment of a 90 room Central London hotel.
To succeed in the role, you would have built a comprehensive network of consultants with hotel and leisure experience to work with and leverage including Architects, Interior Designers, PQS and PMs.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Develop client relationships and enhance progressive growth with clients and further business opportunities
- Work closely with the board directors to collectively, monitor performance within the business establishing ethical standards that reflect the business's expectations.
- Attendance at client meetings, including: Introduction, Expression of Interest/ Pre-Qualification, Mid Bid Tender/Tender Review, Contractual/ Commercial/Health, Safety and Environmental.
