Our Client are a well established fit out contractor based in the heart of the city. Following a number of recent project wins, they are now looking for a Document Controller. You will be based in their head office and running multiple projects for them at one time, typical projects value are between £2 million - £6 million.
Duties:
- Archiving of site documentation recording and numbering appropriately to ensure everything is traceable
- Maintain site registers of design reviews
- Generate document numbers
- Quality checking all documentation and communication
- Issuing communication status
- Ad Hoc administration duties if needed
- Liaising with other teams
Key Requirements:
- Must have Aconex software experience
- Must be willing to work in the city Monday - Friday
