We are looking for a Contracts Manager with Education/Residential experience for a key client. The Contracts Manager will be initially overseeing various projects in various stages of construction.
You will need to be able to carry out the following roles:
- Running multiple sites
- Maintaining high Health & Safety standards
- Maintaining and upholding quality standards
- Client liaison
- Financial management
- Will have experience of running between up to 4 projects at any stage of the cycle
- Will have experience of Design & Build and Traditional contracts
- Must have experience of working on Residential and Education Projects
We’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable and confident, someone with the soft skills of management who will get the best out of the team around them.
Candidates must have experience in high pressure environments with challenging programme constraints.
