We are looking for a Contracts Manager with residential experience for a key client. The Contracts Manager will be initially overseeing two large schemes valued over £50 million in West London. There is further pipeline of work in the area which will also cover North London, West London, and South London.
We need someone who can:
- Running multiple sites across West London and North London
- Maintaining high Health & Safety standards
- Maintaining and upholding quality standards
- Client liaison
- Financial management
- Will have experience of running between 3-4 projects
- Will have experience of Design & Build and Traditional contracts
- Must have experience of working on Residential Projects
We’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable and confident, someone with the soft skills of management who will get the best out of the team around them.
Candidates must have experience in high pressure, new build residential projects with challenging programme constraints.
