Our client is looking to take on a Commercial Lead on a permanent basis to oversee a £65million single-stage Design and Build refurbishment in Central London. The scope of works involves the construction of two new stories, creating 39,000 sq. ft of new commercial office space, new MEP services package, the replacement of the existing cladding with a new glass façade alongside the construction of a restaurant and spiral staircase that leads out to the roof, providing a panoramic view of the London skyline.
