This arm of the business has a turnover of £12 million as well as a very competent internal design team and proven MD, they have the back catalogue and minerals to continue to grow. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and hard working Senior Business Development Manager with the aspiration to become Business Development Director through proven efforts down a performance pathway.
Responsibilities:
Bring in and drive £30M-£50M of enquiries and result in £10M-£15M in orders via yourself plus two junior business development managers beneath you and tele-sales support.
Tasked with connecting with existing company leads and sustaining those relationships with a view to taking them to the next level with a bright and intelligent relationship development approach.
Bringing new relationships to the table would be expected at the higher end of the salary scale..
The right individuals will take our clients enviable back catalogue of innovative products and leverage those connections to achieve sales targets and career advancement.
This division typically runs 6-8 jobs per year valued at £1M-£5M be it fit out or refurb projects.
The ideal candidate has a network both corporate and SME consultants (including PMs, Building Surveyors & multi disciplinaries).
The role includes the engagement of the supply chain, their clients, consultants & professional team.
