Project Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Director to play an active part in finding and delivering the sales and profit targets for our client, through Business Development and Project Director activities. To ensure our client achieves the financial targets agreed by the board through securing the right projects with the right clients at agreed margin parameters.


The Overall Role:

  • Ensure the existing client base remains loyal and profitable clients continue to provide regular projects.

  • Develop a Business Development Strategy with the existing BD team to bring regular introductions/ appointments to grow the client database and drive growth.

  • Ensure the BD/ Sales approach compliments the strong brand identity, experience, and position of Blue Jelly with our clients and the wider market.

  • Lead project teams to secure profitable projects from both new and existing clients.

  • Promote and support marketing strategy through social channels and personal networks to support the sales and BD objectives.

  • Be an influential/ active member of the team to positively impact overall departmental performance and our clients leading culture.


Operational Roles will include

• Through an established network of clients and influencers bring new opportunities to the business

• Provide exceptional Client Management and relationships

• Lead the sale of a project with the internal team

• Influencing approach on key clients and projects
