Business Development Manager

Permanent

Up to £100,000 + Package (DOE)

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and hard working Business Development Manager with their own network to join a fast growing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring in and drive £7M-£10M of enquiries and result in £2M-£3M, as a relatively new business there is currently no BD or tele-sales team.

  • Tasked with connecting with existing company leads and sustaining those relationships with a view to taking them to the next level with a bright and intelligent relationship development approach.

  • Bringing new relationships to the table would be expected at the higher end of the salary scale.

  • The right individuals will take our clients enviable back catalogue of innovative products and leverage those connections to achieve sales targets and career advancement.

This division typically runs 6-8 jobs per year valued at £1M-£5M be it fit out or refurb projects.

The ideal candidate has a network both corporate and SME consultants (including MEP, Building Surveyors, Architects & Project Managers).

The role includes the engagement of the supply chain, their clients, consultants & professional team.
