When I’m not recruiting, I spend much of my time at my local Rugby Club Hertford where I coach my 14-year-old sons age group and I have been an avid alacado since my early 30’s when injury finally put pay to my England call up chance.

Aside from Rugby, I love skiing, cooking, eating, socialising and my wife and son (not necessarily in that order!)
