Customer Excellence Director

As the Customer Excellence Director, I am responsible for driving quality standards across the business, drawing upon my experience gathered from a number of specialist recruitment consultancies both large and small.

I oversee the Customer Excellence team who is responsible for the administration of our CSQ programme. They also undertake a training program that equips them with the skills to be the Granite Associates of the future.
